All of our courses are flexible and can be adjusted to suit the needs of your playing group and time of the season it fits into your calendar. Programs are modified for all age groups to ensure developmentally appropriate.
Below is an example outline of a one and two day course.
One Day Course
The maximum number of participants for the one day course is approximately 30 participants. Additional sessions can be offered to cover groups with greater numbers.

Day Two
On day 2 we split the juniors into their age groups and run a two hour self awareness session separately. The self awareness sessions include the following topics;
- Identifying strengths
- Tuning into self talk
- Bouncing back from setback

We also offer check in sessions to follow up on learning and reflect on the initial sessions and how that has been applied. The content of a check in session would depend entirely on that of the initial. We suggest at least 4-6 weeks between initial and a check in sessions.
