All of our courses are flexible and can be adjusted to suit the needs of your playing group and time of the season it fits into your calendar. Programs are modified for all age groups to ensure developmentally appropriate.

We also offer check in sessions to follow up on learning and reflect on the initial sessions and how that has been applied. The content of a check in session would depend entirely on that of the initial. We suggest at least 4-6 weeks between initial and a check in sessions.
